The researchers will develop research in two main themes which are the socio-cognition of risks and the support of change. The objective will be to analyze risk models in organizations and social relations. This research will allow us to support the implementation of changes in these same social processes, by highlighting the effects of emotions, discrimination and resistance to change. The risks and adaptation of change axis is attached to the Objects and contextualization orientation. Therefore, a certain number of works will allow the development of prevention processes, whether in terms of risk management or in terms of change management.
