Réseaux de neurones et psychologie sociale
Cette intégration du formalisme des réseaux de neurones dans le domaine de la psychologie sociale peut apparaître pour certains comme une hypothèse forte, pour d'autres comme une hypothèse risquée voire inadaptée. Pour ma part, cette option théorique s'impose comme une alternative aux modèles classiques de la psychologie sociale. L'adoption de telles modélisations n'a pas pour objet de rejeter les théories actuelles mais de rechercher à mieux comprendre le fonctionnement cognitif du sujet en situation sociale.
Pour ce faire, nous avons été amené à développer des architectures connexionnistes spécifiques aux situations étudiées par la psychologie sociale. En effet, notre objectif n'est pas de simuler le traitement de l'information d'un point de vue purement intra-individuel mais bien de simuler le "poids" du contexte social sur le traitement de l'information. Ainsi, nos modèles du sujet sont intégrés dans des architectures globales simulant le contexte social (par exemple la présence d'un autrui dans un environnement).
Nous avons développé à ce jour nos recherches dans trois domaines différents :
l'apprentissage social de tâches motrices (Adeline Paignon et Olivier Desrichard)
l'apprentissage et l'expression de normes sociales (Pascal Pansu, Alain Somat, Laeticia Larroque)
décision et jugement en fonction des émotions (explicites et implicites) (Ahmed Channouf et Adeline Paignon).
